First of all we receive enquiry through phone, by person or through reference etc, On confirmation of enquiry

our field officer will visit your place to provide you with a free estimate. Our field officer would take a survey of your items and details of the destination and expected date of shifting etc. Depending on the survey an estimate would be prepared keeping in the mind number of men to be involved in packing, Type of packing material to be used, Type of truck to be engaged for transportation, insurance required etc. Our field officer will also give you helpful tips for shifting

Basing on the estimate you have to confirm your plan of shifting and date of moving to our field officer

It is the most important stage of shifting. Our dedicated and trained team of packers will visit your premises coupled with best available packing material to pack your belongings in best suitable way.

The packing supervisor will mark every item with numbering, will prepare list of all items . Your approval is necessary for the inventory before starting the loading process. You will also be provided with a copy of inventory.

Our trained team will load the items in truck in a proper way so that they make best use of available space in truck. While loading our team will take all safety measures to avoid damages in transit.

Generally we use closed containers, if not closed containers open trucks will be safely closed with waterproof cover tightly tied up with ropes, so that even in heavy rains truck will reach your place safely.

Our person will escort your belongings along with the vehicle, if required. He will provide you time to time information with regard to transportation. Basing on the inventory cost of load will be decided for the purpose of insurance

As the crew begins the unloading, you should check off the items in your copy of inventory. Once you completed your inventory check, our team will un pack your items. All items are unpacked and are moved in on room by room basis. Our crew will assemble furniture if required. All the packing will be taken away thereby making your new destination comfortable for you
